INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Visit www.Aquatrols.com/Approach to register OR Download Aquatrols Approach from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.

2. Sign-up and membership to Aquatrols Approach is free after agreeing to the terms and conditions. Members will need a valid email, phone number and golf course address to register.

3. New members will be approved by Aquatrols and an email will be sent to the Approach Account Manager.

4. The Approach Account Manager will have the decision-making capability to enroll in the program and redeem points. Any additional Approach Users tied to the same golf course will be given an Approach User role.

5. Approach Users can only view information on Approach and cannot redeem points. If needed, an Account Manager can be reassigned by contacting Aquatrols.

6. Once approved by Aquatrols, authorized golf courses are eligible to view and redeem points directly through the Approach App or website.

7. Purchases must be made from an Authorized Aquatrols Distributor.

8. To be eligible for Approach points on purchases, golf courses must be enrolled in Approach prior to the invoice date or by March 31, 2023 for double or triple points

9. All products must be shipped and invoiced to the end user by September 30, 2023 to earn points.

10. If a Program Participant chooses the account credit redemption option, Aquatrols shall issue the Program Participant’s account credit to the respective Authorized Distributor. Thereafter, the Aquatrols Authorized Distributor shall promptly credit the Program Participant’s respective account. If the respective Program Participant does not use the credit within 12 months, then the Aquatrols Authorized Distributor shall promptly issue a check to the Program Participant for the unused credit. Aquatrols shall have no liability to the Program Participant for any delays or issues in applying the credit (or issuing a check) by the respective Aquatrols Authorized Distributor.

1. Offer good on eligible product purchases made from October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2023 and reported by an authorized Aquatrols distributor.
2. Point totals will be based on actual course purchases from authorized distributors, which have been invoiced and reported by distributor via EDI to AgData. Paper invoices and spreadsheets will not be accepted.
3. A minimum of 25 gallons or units from Three (3) Product Categories (Hydration, Protection and Nutrition) must be purchased during the Early Order Program period (October 1, 2022 – March 31, 2023) to be eligible for Triple Approach rewards.
4. A minimum of 25 gallons or units from Two (2) Product Categories (Hydration, Protection or Nutrition) must be purchased during the Early Order Program period (October 1, 2022 – March 31, 2023) to be eligible for Double Approach rewards.
5. A minimum of 25 gallons or units of product must be purchased during the program year to be eligible for Approach rewards.
6. Purchases made during the program period without enrollment will not be honored under the Approach program.
7. All product purchases in the Approach program must be invoiced to the end user by September 30, 2023 to qualify for Approach Points.
8. Purchases made during the Early Order Program period (October 1, 2022 – March 31, 2023) must be invoiced prior to June 1st, 2023 to be eligible for triple or double Approach Points.
9. All Approach submissions are subject to verification by Aquatrols prior to the participant’s Approach Points being issued.
10. Aquatrols reserves the right to discontinue, modify, or change any or all features of the 2023 Approach Program at any time.
11. Redemption period will begin June 1st, 2023 for purchases made through May 31, 2023.
12. Approach points will expire after 3 years of inactivity.
